Year 2011 had been a very exciting year, in both my personal as well as my work life.  With all the ups and downs, all the blessings and challenges,  I could only say life is good, with Him watching over us. Hello!

How’s everyone? I was kept very busy these few days, not just with work but with plenty of play. In fact, I just had a wonderful stay at Swissotel The Stamford, watching our National Day Parade and the beautiful fireworks (photos later). It was a wonderful sight watching the celebration and enjoying the lovely fireworks so near and high up in the sky. I must say this year’s fireworks is quite impressive, with the ‘stars’ and ‘moon’ fireworks. I wonder how that’s done.

Finally, I’m back after a wonderful time of rest. Hope you too have been enjoying this June holiday and all the wonderful sales around the island. Though yesterday’s flood at Orchard is terrible and has kept many shoppers away, you can still shop from home at many wonderful blog shops.
